There is a lot of frustration in beauty and re-creation. The search for more is the imprisonment of the soul (or the understanding of limitations of the soul). There is nothing new. The whole exists inherently. We live by subjective truths. Existing in a re-newed, re-occurring, never changing, ever re-arranging world leaves no room for an objective standpoint. Only the subjective viewpoint is valid, compromising, co-existing, and alive. To live, function and perceive, we need no objectivity. We need only see, feel, study and form opinions. That is life. That is art. So I paint. Born 1980 Göteborg, Sweden, I lived my life with the goal of becoming a great and respected soccer player. That dream was crushed by serious injuries. I lost my purpose and the only thing I was truly good at. Redirecting my energy, focusing on art, was a way for me to bring to life the deeply buried motivation that was once driving me forward. In art I find frustration, challenges, anger, disappointment, and all those things that bring contrast to the few glorious successes. That is my life. That is my art. Work in progress.
